In professional darts, PDC stands for Professional Darts Corporation.

The organisation was founded in 1992 as the World Darts Council by leading players who wanted a separate professional circuit from the British Darts Organisation. It adopted the name Professional Darts Corporation in 1997.

The PDC organises major events including the PDC World Darts Championship, World Matchplay, World Grand Prix and Premier League. Its tournaments are broadcast internationally and feature ranking points, prize money and a professional tour structure.
