Part two follows the band on tour, with concert footage and backstage material from the period surrounding the album’s success. Performances include material from Donington, the MTV Video Music Awards, Moscow, and the Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert.

Adam Dubin directed the documentary, while Juliana Roberts produced it. It is often confused with later Metallica documentaries, especially Some Kind of Monster, which focuses on the band’s early-2000s period rather than The Black Album era.
