Uncharted 3 sold over how many copies worldwide?

Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception sold over nine million copies worldwide. The figure is reported for the game as of 2019, making “nine million” the accepted answer to this sales milestone question.

Released in 2011 for PlayStation 3, Uncharted 3 follows Nathan Drake and Victor Sullivan as they pursue the legendary city of Iram of the Pillars. Its desert settings, cinematic set pieces, and expanded multiplayer helped it become one of the platform’s best-selling games.

The game shipped 3.8 million copies globally on launch day, according to Sony, and its first-week performance exceeded expectations. It also sold faster than Uncharted 2 during its opening period. The nine-million figure refers to Uncharted 3 itself, not the combined sales of the trilogy or the entire Uncharted franchise.
