Uncharted: The Lost Legacy was released in 2017.
Naughty Dog launched the game for PlayStation 4 in August 2017. It began as downloadable content for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End but grew into a standalone adventure. The story follows treasure hunter Chloe Frazer and former Shoreline leader Nadine Ross as they search for the Tusk of Ganesh in India and attempt to stop the warlord Asav.
The title is not Uncharted 5, and it does not center on Nathan Drake. Chloe, who previously appeared in Uncharted 2 and Uncharted 3, became the first playable lead of an Uncharted game not to feature Drake. That distinction is a common source of mix-ups.
The original PlayStation 4 release was followed by a remastered version for PlayStation 5 and Windows in 2022. That edition was bundled with Uncharted 4 in Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, so 2017 refers to the original release, not the later remaster.
