Beyoncé launched the Ivy Park clothing line in 2016.
Ivy Park was introduced as an activewear brand created by Beyoncé in partnership with Sir Philip Green’s Arcadia Group. The name combined “Ivy,” associated with her daughter Blue Ivy, and “Park,” reflecting the public spaces where people exercise and spend time.
The first collection launched in April 2016 through retailers including Topshop, Nordstrom, and Zalando. It included leggings, bodysuits, jackets, and other sportswear designed around performance and everyday use. Beyoncé was involved in the brand’s creative direction and public presentation.
Beyoncé later became the sole owner of Ivy Park after acquiring the remaining 50 percent from Arcadia Group in 2018. The brand subsequently entered a partnership with Adidas, which ended in 2023. Ivy Park is distinct from Beyoncé’s music catalog and concert ventures.
