In Toy Story 3, the little girl who becomes the new owner of Andy's toys is Bonnie.
Bonnie is a young child who lives near Andy and discovers Woody after he escapes from Sunnyside Daycare. She brings him home and introduces him to her own collection of toys, including the clown Chuckles. Through Woody's visit, the audience sees that Bonnie is imaginative and caring, qualities that make her a promising new playmate for Andy's beloved toys.
At the end of the film, Andy follows a note directing him to Bonnie's house. He introduces each toy to her and then plays with them one final time before leaving for college. Although Andy initially hesitates to give away Woody, he recognizes that Bonnie will love and care for him.
The alternatives are characters connected to Andy's family or earlier Toy Story events, not the toys' new owner. Bonnie returns in Toy Story 4, where she creates Forky from classroom materials. Toy Story 3 was released in 2010, directed by Lee Unkrich, and became the first animated film to pass $1 billion worldwide.
