In Spyro the Dragon, the boss of the Artisans home world is Toasty.
Toasty is the first boss encounter and is reached through a portal in Artisans. The apparently intimidating opponent is a scarecrow dressed in a suit, accompanied by sheep that are presented as threatening enemies. Spyro must flame the sheep and charge Toasty while navigating the enclosed course.
A common mix-up is to answer Gnasty Gnorc, the game’s principal villain and final major opponent, rather than the boss assigned to Artisans. Blowhard belongs to the Beast Makers home world, and Dr. Shemp is the boss of Peace Keepers. Toasty’s deliberately comic design also reflects the game’s light-hearted tone: the encounter initially looks like a sinister knightly battle before its joke is revealed.
