In Spyro 3, what character sells abilities for gems?

In Spyro 3, what character sells abilities for gems? The correct answer is Moneybags.

Moneybags is the recurring merchant character who charges Spyro gems for services throughout the game. In Year of the Dragon, his activities include holding captured characters and demanding payment before Spyro can free them.

Unlike Bianca, Hunter, and Elora, Moneybags is specifically associated with gem-based transactions. Bianca is a young sorceress, Hunter is a playable ally and athlete, and Elora is an advisor from Avalar. None of those characters operates the gem-selling business described in the question.

The wording is slightly broad because Spyro 3 also unlocks abilities through other playable characters, including Sheila, Sgt. Byrd, Bentley, and Agent 9. However, the character who sells or charges gems for access to abilities and related services is Moneybags.
