In Coco, what is the name of the skeletal alebrije cat?

The story behind the answer

The skeletal alebrije cat in Coco is named Pepita.

Pepita is the spirit guide associated with Mamá Imelda and Miguel’s deceased relatives in the Land of the Dead. In her alebrije form, she is far larger and more fantastical than an ordinary cat. Her design combines the head, torso, and front paws of a jaguar with the horns of a ram, the wings and hind legs of an eagle, and the tail of an iguana.

The film presents alebrijes as colorful spirit animals that guide and protect the dead. Pepita’s appearance draws on Mexican artistic traditions while creating a hybrid creature suited to Coco’s afterlife mythology. She helps Imelda pursue Miguel when he becomes separated from his family.

Dante is Miguel’s Xoloitzcuintli dog and also becomes an alebrije, but he is not the cat. Miguel and Héctor are human characters, making Pepita the only canonical answer among the choices.
