London is the British city controlled by Jacob and Evie Frye in Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate.
The game takes place in London during the Industrial Revolution in 1868. Twin Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye arrive from Crawley and challenge Templar influence over the city. They build the Rooks, a street gang that helps them reclaim districts from the rival Blighters.
The playable map includes districts such as Westminster, the City of London, Southwark, Lambeth, and Whitechapel. Missions feature historical figures including Queen Victoria, Charles Dickens, Charles Darwin, Florence Nightingale, and Alexander Graham Bell.
Jacob and Evie have different specializations. Jacob focuses more on direct combat and gang leadership, while Evie specializes in stealth and research into Pieces of Eden. The game’s London is a dramatized open-world recreation rather than a complete historical map, but its neighborhoods, railways, factories, and social conditions reflect the period.
