Connor Kenway is the Native American assassin who fights during the American Revolution in Assassin's Creed III.
Connor's Kanien'kehá:ka birth name is Ratonhnhaké:ton. He grows up in the Mohawk Valley and becomes involved in the conflict after violence threatens his community and homeland.
The game follows Connor through major events of the Revolution, including encounters with figures such as George Washington and Charles Lee. He joins the Assassin cause under the guidance of Achilles Davenport.
Connor is sometimes confused with Haytham Kenway because both are central to Assassin's Creed III and share the Kenway surname. Haytham is Connor's biological father and begins the story as a Templar, while Connor becomes an Assassin.
