In Assassin's Creed Rogue, what is the full name of the playable Templar?

The playable Templar in Assassin's Creed Rogue is Shay Patrick Cormac.

Shay begins the game as an Assassin operating in the North Atlantic during the Seven Years' War. After a disastrous mission and a crisis of faith, he leaves the Brotherhood and joins the Templars. Rogue follows his transformation and places the player on the opposing side of the series' traditional Assassin viewpoint.

Shay is an Irish-American sailor and former Assassin who uses firearms, naval skills, and Assassin-hunting tactics. The game connects his story to characters from Assassin's Creed III and Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, including Haytham Kenway. Shay should not be confused with Liam O'Brien, who is his friend and fellow Assassin before the story's turning point.
