In Assassin's Creed III, what name is given to the protagonist born Ratonhnhaké:ton?

The story behind the answer

In Assassin's Creed III, the protagonist born Ratonhnhaké:ton is known publicly as Connor.

Ratonhnhaké:ton is a Kanien'kehá:ka man whose mother is Kaniehtí:io and whose father is Haytham Kenway. He adopts the name Connor after leaving his village and seeking help from Achilles Davenport, the retired Assassin who trains him. The name allows him to move through colonial society while pursuing the threats to his people and the Assassin Brotherhood.

Connor's story takes place during the American Revolution, mainly in the northeastern British colonies. He becomes involved with figures and events connected to the Revolution, including George Washington, the Continental Army, and the Boston Massacre's aftermath. The game also features his father, Haytham, as a major playable character during its opening sequence.

Ratonhnhaké:ton and Connor are not two different protagonists. The first is his Kanien'kehá:ka name, while Connor is the name he uses in much of the game.
