The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition provided 1 TB of internal storage. It was a disc-free Xbox One S variant designed for games downloaded from the Microsoft Store or played through digital services.
Microsoft released the console in 2019. Unlike standard Xbox One models, it omitted the optical disc drive, so users could not insert physical Xbox One, Xbox 360, or DVD discs. Its internal hard drive nevertheless matched the 1 TB capacity used by many Xbox One S configurations.
The system was sometimes confused with the Xbox One S launch model, which was sold in several storage capacities and still included a 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray drive. The All-Digital Edition’s defining hardware change was removing that drive, not increasing its storage.
