Beyoncé had won 35 Grammy Awards by the 2025 ceremony, the most of any artist.
At the 67th Annual Grammy Awards in February 2025, Beyoncé won her first Grammy for Album of the Year for Cowboy Carter. She also won Best Country Album, making the project the first country album by a Black woman to win that category.
Those victories brought her career Grammy total to 35. She had already become the most awarded artist in Grammy history in 2021, when her wins for “Black Parade” raised her total to 28 and moved her past Alison Krauss.
