Beyoncé had won 32 Grammy Awards by the 2023 Grammy Awards, setting the record for the most Grammy wins by any artist.
She reached the record when “Renaissance” won Best Dance/Electronic Music Album at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards on February 5, 2023. That victory gave her a total of 32 Grammy wins, surpassing the previous record held by Hungarian-British conductor Georg Solti.
Beyoncé’s Grammy wins span several categories, including R&B, pop, rap, music video, and dance/electronic music. Her achievement reflects both her solo releases and the breadth of her work as a performer, songwriter, producer, and visual artist.
The number refers to wins, not nominations. Beyoncé has received many more Grammy nominations than wins, and the total can change as new ceremonies occur, but 32 was the historic total announced at the 2023 ceremony.
