Beyoncé had won 32 Grammy Awards after the 2023 ceremony.
At the 65th Annual Grammy Awards on February 5, 2023, Beyoncé won four awards for Renaissance and its songs. Those victories brought her career total to 32 Grammy Awards, making her the most awarded artist in Grammy history at that point.
Her 2023 wins included Best Dance/Electronic Music Album for Renaissance, Best Traditional R&B Performance for “Plastic Off the Sofa,” Best R&B Song for “Cuff It,” and Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “Break My Soul.”
The number is tied specifically to the point immediately after the 2023 ceremony. Award totals can change at later ceremonies, so this historical wording avoids confusing the 2023 record with a later career total.
