Sinners received 17 nominations at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards. That total made it the most-nominated film at the 31st annual ceremony.
Ryan Coogler’s Sinners competed across major and craft categories, including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Original Screenplay, Best Score, and Best Casting and Ensemble. It was also recognized in several below-the-line categories.
The film ultimately won four awards: Best Original Screenplay for Coogler, Best Score for Ludwig Göransson, Best Casting and Ensemble for Francine Maisler, and Best Young Actor/Actress for Miles Caton. Its nomination total and win total are therefore different figures. Frankenstein also won four awards, but Sinners led the film nominations with 17.
