According to Genesis, what was the name of Noah’s wife in the Ark story?

The story behind the answer

According to Genesis, Noah’s wife is not named in the Ark story.

Genesis identifies Noah, his three sons—Shem, Ham, and Japheth—and the wives of those four men, but it does not give Noah’s wife a personal name. The family enters the Ark before the Flood and leaves it afterward.

Later Jewish and Islamic traditions supply names. In the medieval Jewish text known as the Book of Jubilees, she is called Emzara. Other traditions associate her with Naamah, a woman mentioned elsewhere in Genesis, but that identification is not stated in the biblical Flood narrative.

This makes “not named” the most precise answer for Genesis. Naamah, Emzara, and other names belong to later traditions rather than the wording of the Ark account itself.
