According to Genesis, Noah was 500 years old when his sons were born.

Genesis 5:32 states that Noah was 500 years old and became the father of Shem, Ham, and Japheth. The verse names the three sons but does not clearly establish their exact birth order. That is why the answer concerns Noah’s age rather than assigning a specific birth year to each son.

This fact is frequently confused with Noah’s age when the Flood began. Genesis 7:6 says Noah was 600 years old when the waters came upon the earth, so the two events are separated by ten years in the biblical chronology.
