Who was the youngest Dragon ever to join the British TV show Dragons' Den?

Steven Bartlett was the youngest Dragon ever to join the British TV show Dragons' Den.

Bartlett joined the panel in 2022 at the age of 29. His appointment brought a younger technology and social-media entrepreneur into a programme traditionally associated with more established business investors.

He co-founded Social Chain, a social-media marketing agency, with Dominic McGregor. Bartlett later became known more broadly through his podcast and writing, but his Dragons' Den appointment marked his entry into mainstream television investment.

The age record refers to the age at which a Dragon joined the panel, not the age of the youngest entrepreneur to pitch. Those are separate categories. Bartlett's age and his digital-business background distinguished his appointment from many earlier panel changes.
