Who voices Sally Carrera in Pixar's Cars film series?

Bonnie Hunt voices Sally Carrera in Pixar's Cars film series.

Sally Carrera is a blue Porsche who lives in Radiator Springs and operates the Cozy Cone Motel. She is one of the town's strongest advocates and helps Lightning McQueen understand the community he initially wants to leave as quickly as possible. Sally and McQueen also develop a romantic relationship across the feature films.

Hunt returned as Sally in Cars 2 and Cars 3. Her character is not a racer competing in the Piston Cup; instead, she provides local knowledge, emotional perspective, and a connection to Radiator Springs' history. Sally's name combines her given name with Carrera, a designation associated with Porsche sports cars.

Bonnie Hunt is also known for acting and hosting work outside animation. In Pixar films, she voiced other characters as well, including Rosie in A Bug's Life and Dolly in the Toy Story films. Those roles can make her connection to Sally easy to overlook, but Sally's voice performer in Cars is Hunt.
