Who voices Miguel’s father, Enrique Rivera, in Pixar’s Coco?

Jaime Camil voices Miguel’s father, Enrique Rivera, in Pixar’s Coco.

Enrique is part of the Rivera family, whose shoemaking tradition has continued for generations. He supports his wife, Luisa, and their son Miguel, although he initially accepts the family’s strict opposition to music.

Camil is a Mexican actor and singer best known internationally for television roles, including Rogelio de la Vega in Jane the Virgin. His voice performance in Coco is part of the film’s broad Mexican and Mexican-American cast.

Enrique is sometimes confused with Miguel’s other relatives because the Rivera family includes several generations living close together. Enrique is Miguel’s father; Luisa Rivera is his mother, and Elena is Miguel’s grandmother.
