Who voiced Desmond Miles in the main Assassin's Creed games?

Nolan North voiced Desmond Miles in the main Assassin's Creed games.

Desmond Miles is the modern-day character who experiences ancestral memories through the Animus. Nolan North provided Desmond's voice and performance in the principal game appearances, beginning with the original Assassin's Creed and continuing through the character's major arc in Assassin's Creed III.

Desmond's historical ancestors include Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, Ezio Auditore, and Ratonhnhaké:ton. The framing story uses their memories to connect separate historical settings and to develop a modern conflict involving Abstergo Industries and the Assassin Brotherhood.

Troy Baker and Roger Craig Smith are also prominent voice actors associated with video games, which can make them tempting alternatives, but they did not voice Desmond in the main Assassin's Creed series. Michael Fassbender played a different Assassin-related character, Callum Lynch, in the 2016 live-action film. Nolan North is also known for voicing Nathan Drake in the Uncharted series.
