Who replaced James Caan as a Dragon on the BBC programme Dragon's Den?

Hilary Devey replaced James Caan as a Dragon on the BBC programme Dragon's Den.

Devey joined the panel in 2011 after Caan's departure. She brought experience from the freight and logistics sector, having founded Pall-Ex, a palletised freight network. Her business background gave the panel a perspective rooted in transport, distribution and operational scale.

Devey remained a Dragon for several series before leaving the programme. She is sometimes confused with later female Dragons such as Kelly Hoppen, Sarah Willingham, Jenny Campbell and Sara Davies, who joined the show at different times. The replacement occurred during a period when the programme was regularly refreshing its investor lineup.
