Who presents the British television series Dragon's Den?

Evan Davis presents the British television series Dragon's Den.

Davis is a British economist, journalist and broadcaster. He became the programme’s presenter and introduces the entrepreneurs before they enter the pitch room to face the Dragons. His role is primarily to guide the programme rather than to act as one of the investors.

The presenter and the Dragons have separate functions. The Dragons question contestants and negotiate possible deals, while Davis provides continuity and explains elements of the process for viewers.

Davis is also known for presenting BBC radio and television news and current-affairs programmes. That wider broadcasting career can cause confusion with other BBC presenters, but he is the established host associated with the British Dragon's Den format.
