What is the real name of the Dragon's Den investor known professionally as Levi Roots?

The Dragon's Den investor known professionally as Levi Roots was born Keith Valentine Graham.

Levi Roots is the stage and business name of the Jamaican-British musician and food entrepreneur who became famous after pitching Reggae Reggae Sauce on Dragon's Den. His public identity combines music, food and Caribbean cultural influences.

The name “Levi Roots” was already associated with his musical career before the television pitch. Using it for the food brand helped connect the sauce with the performer customers saw on screen and with the reggae style central to his image.

The real-name detail is easy to confuse because the brand, performer and television personality are all presented under the same professional name. Keith Valentine Graham is the personal name recorded in biographical sources, while Levi Roots is the name used commercially.
