Who plays Axe Woves in The Mandalorian?

Simon Kassianides plays Axe Woves in The Mandorian. Woves is a Mandalorian warrior introduced in “Chapter 11: The Heiress,” where he works alongside Bo-Katan Kryze and Koska Reeves. Kassianides returned to the role in the third season, when Axe leads a group of Mandalorian mercenaries before joining Bo-Katan’s effort to reclaim Mandalore.

Axe Woves is easy to confuse with other Mandalorian characters. Temuera Morrison plays Boba Fett, while Tait Fletcher portrays Paz Vizsla and Paul Sun-Hyung Lee plays New Republic captain Carson Teva. None of those actors is associated with Axe Woves.

Kassianides is a British-Cypriot actor whose credits include roles in the television series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the film Tomorrow Never Dies.
