Who played James Bond in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service"?

George Lazenby played James Bond in On Her Majesty's Secret Service.

Released in 1969, the film was the sixth entry in the Eon Productions Bond series and adapted Ian Fleming's 1963 novel. Lazenby replaced Sean Connery, who had stepped away from the role after You Only Live Twice. An Australian model with no previous film acting experience, Lazenby was selected after producers saw him in a commercial and recognized his Bond-like appearance and physical presence.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service was Lazenby's only official Bond film. He was offered a contract for seven movies but decided not to continue, partly because his agent argued that the character would seem outdated in the 1970s. Connery returned as Bond in the next film, Diamonds Are Forever, released in 1971.
