Eivor is the Viking protagonist of Assassin's Creed Valhalla.
The game follows Eivor, a Norse Viking who leaves Norway with the Raven Clan and helps establish a settlement in ninth-century England. Eivor becomes involved in the conflict between the Hidden Ones and the Order of the Ancients while forming alliances among competing English kingdoms.
Players can choose a masculine or feminine presentation for Eivor, and the game treats the character as the same central protagonist. Eivor uses weapons such as axes, bows, and hidden blades, while the settlement at Ravensthorpe grows through upgrades and alliances.
Valhalla is set after the events of Assassin's Creed Odyssey and before the modern-day era of several later stories. It was released in 2020 and includes historical figures such as Alfred the Great, although its narrative also contains fictional and mythological elements.
