Who is the primary villain in the 2014 film "Guardians of the Galaxy"?

Ronan the Accuser is the primary villain in the 2014 film Guardians of the Galaxy. Lee Pace portrays the fanatical Kree warrior, who seeks to destroy Xandar and its people.

At the beginning of the film, Ronan has made a deal with Thanos: in exchange for help against the Xandarians, he will retrieve a mysterious Orb.
