Who is the leader of The Seven?

Homelander is the leader of The Seven in The Boys. He is Vought’s most powerful and marketable superhero, presented to the public as a patriotic savior while privately acting as a violent narcissist who demands control and admiration.

The Seven are Vought’s premier superhero team, functioning as both a crime-fighting unit and a commercial entertainment brand. Homelander sits at the top of that hierarchy, using his strength, flight, speed, heat vision, and public popularity to dominate the other members. His leadership is based less on trust than on fear, blackmail, and his overwhelming power.

The character is a dark parody of Superman and Captain America, combining familiar heroic imagery with authoritarian and abusive behavior. Antony Starr portrays Homelander in the live-action series. Queen Maeve is a senior member and former partner, Stormfront becomes a powerful rival and ally for a time, and Black Noir serves as an operative—but none is the canonical leader of The Seven.
