Answer
Mike Thurmeier and Galen T. Chu
Answer
Mike Thurmeier and Galen T. Chu
Mike Thurmeier and Galen T. Chu directed Ice Age: Collision Course.
Collision Course is the fifth theatrical film in the main Ice Age series. Thurmeier and Chu co-directed the 2016 film, which follows the herd as Scrat’s activities in space set an asteroid-related danger in motion. The plot sends Manny, Ellie, Sid, Diego, and their companions on another large-scale journey.
Mike Thurmeier had already directed earlier Ice Age films, including Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs and Ice Age: Continental Drift. Galen T. Chu had worked in animation and on the Ice Age productions before receiving a directing credit on Collision Course.
The directing team is sometimes confused with the directors of earlier entries. Chris Wedge directed the first Ice Age, Carlos Saldanha directed The Meltdown, and Dawn of the Dinosaurs was directed by Carlos Saldanha with Mike Thurmeier as co-director.
