Rob Law created the children's ride-on suitcase brand Trunki before pitching it on Dragons' Den.
Law developed the product as a child-friendly alternative to conventional luggage. Trunki is designed so children can sit on and pull the case, combining travel storage with a ride-on feature. The product became one of the best-known brands associated with the UK programme.
Law's pitch is frequently remembered because the Dragons questioned the product's design, manufacturability and commercial prospects. Trunki later achieved substantial retail distribution despite not receiving the deal he sought on the programme. The brand name is sometimes confused with the name of its inventor; Trunki is the product, while Rob Law is the entrepreneur.
