Jay-Z co-stars with Beyoncé on the song “Crazy in Love.”
Released in 2003, “Crazy in Love” served as the lead single from Beyoncé's debut solo album, Dangerously in Love. The song was produced by Rich Harrison and includes a prominent horn sample derived from the Chi-Lites recording “Are You My Woman (Tell Me So).”
Jay-Z contributes a rap verse, making the recording a high-profile collaboration between two artists who later married. “Crazy in Love” reached number one in several countries and won Grammy Awards for Best R&B Song and Best Rap/Sung Collaboration. It remains one of Beyoncé's signature songs.
