Who became the youngest-ever Dragon when he joined the UK show Dragon's Den in 2021?

Steven Bartlett became the youngest-ever Dragon when he joined the UK show Dragon's Den in 2021.

Bartlett joined the investor panel for the nineteenth series, which aired in 2021. He was 29 at the time, making him the youngest person to take a regular Dragon role in the British programme. His background differed from that of several earlier panelists because he was best known for digital media and technology entrepreneurship.

Bartlett co-founded the social-media marketing agency Social Chain and later became associated with The Diary of a CEO podcast. His appointment reflected the programme's effort to represent newer technology-led business sectors and a younger generation of founders.

The phrase “youngest-ever Dragon” refers to age at the time of joining the UK programme. It does not mean that he was the youngest entrepreneur ever to pitch in the Den.
