Seth Rogen accepted Catherine O’Hara’s posthumous 2026 Actor Award on her behalf. O’Hara won Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series for The Studio.
Rogen was a co-creator and co-star of The Studio, the Apple TV+ comedy about the chaotic leadership of a film studio. His connection to the series made him the natural representative for O’Hara’s award during the ceremony.
O’Hara died in January 2026, making her victory one of the evening’s most emotional moments. The audience gave her a standing ovation, and Rogen delivered remarks about her generosity, talent and kindness as a collaborator.
The award was presented to O’Hara as an individual performer. The Studio also won the comedy ensemble award and the male comedy-series award for Rogen, giving the show three television victories.
