Sara Davies first appeared as a Dragon on the British programme in 2019.
Davies joined the investor panel for the seventeenth series of Dragons' Den. She is an entrepreneur from County Durham and the founder of Crafter's Companion, a company that sells tools and products for papercraft and other creative hobbies.
Her business background gave her particular experience in product design, demonstrations, retail distribution, and direct-to-consumer sales. Those areas are relevant to many pitches involving consumer products, although her decisions on the show are not limited to craft businesses.
The date is sometimes confused with the arrivals of other newer Dragons. Touker Suleyman joined earlier, while Steven Bartlett joined later. Sara Davies also became familiar to television audiences through programmes beyond Dragons' Den, but her first appearance as a Dragon belongs to 2019 and series seventeen.
