Which venue hosted the 79th Tony Awards in 2026?

Radio City Music Hall hosted the 79th Tony Awards in 2026.

The ceremony took place at the famous entertainment venue in New York City on June 7, 2026. Radio City Music Hall is part of Rockefeller Center and is widely associated with large-scale performances, concerts, television events, and the annual Christmas Spectacular.

The Tony Awards returned to Radio City Music Hall for the 2026 ceremony. The venue’s large stage and auditorium made it suitable for a broadcast featuring musical performances, presenters, acceptance speeches, and a substantial theatre-industry audience.

The Tonys recognize Broadway productions staged during the relevant eligibility season. The 2026 ceremony honored the 2025–2026 Broadway season, with Schmigadoon! winning Best Musical and Ragtime winning Best Revival of a Musical. Death of a Salesman was the night’s most awarded production.
