On what date were the 2026 Tony Awards presented?

The 2026 Tony Awards were presented on June 7, 2026.

The ceremony was the 79th annual Tony Awards and honored Broadway productions from the 2025–26 eligibility season. It was held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, the event’s listed venue for the 2026 presentation.

The date is easy to confuse with May 5, 2026, when the Tony nominations were announced. April 26, 2026, was the end of the season’s eligibility window, not the ceremony date. The winners were revealed more than a month after nominations.

The ceremony’s results included Best Musical for Schmigadoon!, Best Play for Liberation, and Best Revival of a Musical for Ragtime. Death of a Salesman was the night’s most awarded production with six wins.
