The St. Paul Saints represented the Minnesota Twins organization in the 2026 MiLB at Field of Dreams Game.
The Saints are Minnesota’s Triple-A affiliate, while the opposing Iowa Cubs are the Triple-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs. Their game was staged at the Dyersville, Iowa, site two days before the Phillies and Twins met in the MLB contest.
The 2026 minor-league matchup marked only the second time an MiLB game had been played at the Field of Dreams site. It extended the event beyond Major League Baseball and gave prominent prospects from both organizations an opportunity to play in the same unusual setting.
St. Paul’s lineup included highly regarded Twins prospects such as Walker Jenkins and Emmanuel Rodriguez. The Iowa Cubs lineup included players including Owen Ayers, Kevin Alcántara and Chas McCormick. The Saints should not be confused with the Iowa Cubs: St. Paul represented Minnesota, while Iowa represented Chicago.
