Quenya is the Tolkien language spoken by the Elves of Valinor and associated with the Noldor.
Quenya is one of Tolkien’s most developed Elvish languages. In his fictional history, it originated among the Elves who reached Aman and was especially associated with the Vanyar and Noldor. The Noldor brought it back to Middle-earth during their exile, although its public use there later became restricted.
Sindarin became the more widely spoken Elvish language in much of Middle-earth during the later First and Second Ages. Quenya remained important as a language of lore, ceremony and formal names. Tolkien designed its sound and structure with inspiration from languages including Finnish, Latin and Greek, while giving it its own grammar and history.
Khuzdul is the secret language of the Dwarves, and the Black Speech was created for the servants of Sauron. They are therefore not alternatives to Quenya within Tolkien’s linguistic system. Quenya and Sindarin are both Elvish, but they occupy different historical and social roles.
