Which television production won the Stunt Ensemble award at the 2026 SAG Awards?
Answer
The Last of Us
The Last of Us won the television Stunt Ensemble award at the 2026 SAG Awards.
The award recognized the stunt performers working on HBO’s post-apocalyptic drama. Unlike individual acting prizes, the stunt ensemble category honors coordinated physical performance, action design, and dangerous sequences performed by a production’s stunt team.
The television stunt award was separate from the motion-picture stunt ensemble prize. Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning won the film category, while The Last of Us prevailed on the television side.
The Last of Us competed against stunt teams from Andor, Landman, Squid Game, and Stranger Things. Its victory reflected the series’ large-scale action work in a dramatic television setting rather than an individual actor’s performance.
