CBS broadcast the 2026 Golden Globe Awards in the United States.
The 83rd Golden Globes aired on CBS on January 11, 2026, with streaming availability also provided through Paramount+. The broadcast carried the live ceremony from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills and presented awards for film, television, podcasting, and stand-up comedy.
CBS became the Golden Globes’ U.S. broadcast home after the awards moved away from their earlier long association with NBC. That change makes the network an important piece of the ceremony’s recent history. Viewers outside the United States may have seen the event through different local broadcasters or platforms.
Broadcasting rights are separate from the organization that presents the awards. CBS aired the program, but it did not choose the winners. The winners were selected through the Golden Globes voting process. Paramount+ is also not the answer to the broadcast-network question: it was the streaming service associated with the U.S. presentation, while CBS was the television network.
