Which studio developed Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion?

Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion was developed by CD Projekt Red.

Phantom Liberty is a major story expansion for Cyberpunk 2077 and was created by the same Polish development studio responsible for the base game. It adds a spy-thriller narrative, new characters, missions, gameplay systems, and the Dogtown area of Night City.

The expansion stars Idris Elba as Solomon Reed and brings V into a conflict involving espionage, political power, and a high-risk rescue operation. Phantom Liberty was released in 2023 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X and S. It was not released for the original PlayStation 4 or Xbox One versions of Cyberpunk 2077.
