Which studio co-developed Mega Man 9 with Capcom?

Mega Man 9 was co-developed with Capcom by Inti Creates.

Inti Creates is a Japanese game studio founded in 1996 by former Capcom employees. The company became closely associated with Mega Man through the Mega Man Zero and Mega Man ZX spin-off series before helping create Mega Man 9.

Mega Man 9 was designed as a deliberate return to the series’ early 8-bit style. Although it launched on modern downloadable platforms, its graphics, music, and gameplay evoke the Nintendo Entertainment System era. Capcom handled publishing, while Inti Creates contributed substantially to development.

WayForward, Dimps, and Treasure are all real game developers, but none is the credited co-development partner for Mega Man 9. Inti Creates also co-developed Mega Man 10, helping continue the retro approach that Mega Man 9 revived.
