Peakychu is the special Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia that lost its ability to generate electricity.
Peakychu is presented as a Pikachu with an unusual personal problem: it can no longer produce electricity. The character is one of several distinctive Pokémon encountered while Ditto restores habitats and rebuilds the damaged world.
The name is easy to confuse with Pikachu, Pichu, or other fan-created variations, but Peakychu is the specific character name used in Pokopia. It is not a new standard evolution in the main Pokémon species line; it is a special character within the game’s setting.
Other notable special Pokémon include Smearguru, an exceptionally talented Smeargle, Mosslax, a moss-covered Snorlax, and Chef Dente, a Greedent associated with cooking. These characters give the restoration story individual personalities beyond ordinary habitat residents.
