Steph Jones is the additional songwriter credited on “My Way” from Olivia Rodrigo’s You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.
The album’s track credits list “My Way” as a collaboration among Rodrigo, Dan Nigro, and Steph Jones. It is track six on the standard edition and runs for three minutes. The song appears near the end of the album’s “Girl So in Love” section.
Jones’s credit is distinct from the other additional writers on the record. Amy Allen co-wrote songs including “Drop Dead,” “Maggots for Brains,” “Purple,” and “Less,” while Sasha Alex Sloan is credited on “What’s Wrong with Me.”
Songwriting credits are sometimes confused with vocal or performance credits. Conan Gray contributes backing vocals to “Honeybee,” but he is not the additional songwriter credited on “My Way.” Keeping those roles separate identifies Steph Jones as the correct answer.
