Which song by Adele spent 10 weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100?

The story behind the answer

Adele's song “Hello” spent 10 weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

The single debuted at the top of the US chart in November 2015 and stayed there for ten consecutive weeks. That made it Adele's longest-running number-one single on the Hot 100 and one of the few songs in chart history to debut at number one and remain there for at least ten weeks.

“Hello” also set an extraordinary digital-sales record: it sold more than one million downloads in its first US week, becoming the first song to reach that mark. Its accompanying video, directed by Xavier Dolan, attracted more than 27 million views in its first 24 hours and helped turn the release into a global event.

The other options were also significant Adele songs, but they did not match this particular Hot 100 run. “Rolling in the Deep” reached number one for seven weeks, while “Someone Like You” led for five. “Easy on Me” later topped the chart but had a shorter reign.
