Series 17 introduced entrepreneur and investor Sara Davies as a Dragon on the British television show Dragon’s Den.
Davies joined the programme in 2019. She founded Crafter’s Companion, a business that began with a tool designed to help people make envelopes and later expanded into a larger craft-products company serving customers internationally.
Her appointment added expertise in product development, retail, e-commerce and the craft market to the panel. Like other Dragons, she evaluates pitches, questions entrepreneurs about sales and margins, and decides whether an investment merits the requested ownership stake.
Series numbers are easy to mix up because the programme has introduced several Dragons over successive seasons. Tej Lalvani joined in series 14, while Sara Davies arrived three series later, in series 17. This places her debut in 2019 rather than the earlier panel changes of 2015 or 2017.
